Kate Glen



Kate is a registered psychologist who is currently undertaking the Clinical Registrar Program with the Psychology Board of Australia.

Kate is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to navigate their personal struggles and psychological distress by drawing upon each client’s unique strengths to achieve meaningful change. Kate seeks to provide a non-judgemental, safe, and supportive environment where clients have the opportunity to feel heard and understood.

Previously, Kate has provided psychological assessment and treatment in both government and private practice settings. Kate has experience using several evidence-based treatments including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. She is passionate about remaining flexible and tailoring therapeutic interventions based upon clients’ needs. Kate has worked with adults and has provided support for clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, and stress.
