Aruna Psychology, or simply Aruna, is an established psychology clinic based in Northcote, Victoria. We have been fortunate to support the mental health needs of our local community and beyond since 2015.
The name Aruna is of Hindu origin and broadly translates to rising sun. The name of our practice is therefore grounded by a fundamental belief that change and new perspectives are possible, even in the most difficult or darkest of times.
Aruna Psychology is comprised of a team of skilled general, clinical and neuropsychologists who offer person-centred and evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment. Our team is dedicated to holding hope for clients and helping people to work through their personal mental health challenges in a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment.
The practice is directed by a senior clinical psychologist and clinical neuropsychologist who concurrently work in public mental health and are clinical researchers. This means that the delivery of high-quality evidence-based treatment is at the core of Aruna Psychology.
We support adult clients with a diverse range of needs and do not discriminate with regards to race, religion, culture, ethnicity, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, or other beliefs, characteristics or ways of living that may make people unique.
